Recently, I've been really into breakfasts, and I'm extremely happy about it. And I'm especially keen on sweet breakfasts. By now, I have an overkill of banana pancakes, so I went looking for a new favorite. Seek and you shall find, and find I did. This breakfast is so incredibly delicious; I never want anything else again.

Ingredients

For the overnight oats:
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1/2 cup milk of choice
– 1 teaspoon chia seeds
– 1/2 scoop protein powder
– 8-10 raspberries certified gluten free oats

For on the oats:
– Pieces of raspberries

For the white chocolate:
– 1/3 cup yogurt of choice
– 2 teaspoons pieces of white chocolate

In the past, I always thought overnight oats sounded quite complicated and I already thought in advance that it would be a lot of work — and so I didn't make it. But I tried this recipe and guess what... It's really mega little work. And also foolproof, because it's almost impressive if this fails.

Here's how to make overnight oats with white chocolate

1. Combine all the ingredients for the oats. Stir it well and put it in the fridge while you prepare the rest.

2. Chop the raspberries finely.

3. Put the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until it has melted. Add the yogurt.

4. Take the oats out of the fridge and sprinkle some raspberry pieces on top. Then pour the yogurt and chocolate over it and put it in the fridge overnight.

5. Optional: add some extra chocolate and raspberries in the morning and you're ready to go!
