If there is one thing that models Emily Ratajkowski, Gigi Hadid, and Irina Shayk have in common, it is their baby skin. They all owe this partly to beauty specialist Fabricio Ormonde from New York. But let's be honest: not everyone of us can just go to New York for a treatment, and that is why Fabricio Ormonde has shared his skincare secrets in an interview. I have summarized them for you.

1. Daily SPF
If you are terrified of wrinkles, you really need to apply sunscreen every day. Even if the sun isn't shining, you are still exposed to UV rays that you want to protect your skin from. Trust me.

2. Stay away from those pimples
Most people can still learn something from this, including myself. I know from my problematic skin how incredibly tempting it is to squeeze that one pimple (that literally shines) but please don't do this. Your pimple will stay much longer and cause scars. So keep your hands off.

3. Stay hydrated
If you don't drink enough water, it will definitely not be appreciated. It flushes out all impurities and toxins from your body, so refill that glass extra often and use moisturizing products like hyaluronic acid and glycerin for that extra glow.

4. Wash your face
Of course, it is important to cleanse your face well with a face wash, but don't do this too often. Twice a day is more than enough. Also, try to avoid hot water as much as possible, as it can dry out your skin again.

5. Don't exfoliate too much
You need to be careful here too. Exfoliating may work wonders for your face, but please don't use it more than three times a week. Your skin needs some rest from time to time.

6. Changing products is not a problem
Your skin adapts to every situation, which is why it is important to continuously adjust your skincare routine accordingly. You will notice that your skin is drier in winter than usual and that you may need different products during a pregnancy.

7. Enough sleep
Yes, your beauty sleep is really very important. Give your body at least seven to eight hours of sleep per night to recharge for the next day. Say bye-bye to bags, dark circles, pimples, and wrinkles.

8. Retinol is the key
This ingredient is perfect against fine lines and early wrinkles, but also against acne and scars. It is quite strong stuff, so gradually build it up by using it twice a week at first to prevent redness and irritation. Your skin will need to get used to it, so be patient.

9. Professional advice
Please don't listen too much to videos on TikTok and instead look for a certified beautician or dermatologist. They know better than anyone which treatments and products are best for your skin type. In the long run, this will save you a lot of money.
