This is the solution for acne on the back

Now that tank tops and backless dresses can almost come out of the closet again, you would think that as a nineteen-year-old girl I would be very happy about it. Well, I can tell you that I am actually dreading this moment. Due to my back acne, my shoulders and back are completely covered with impurities and scars. And that is really a thing in the summer, because with thirty degrees outside, it is quite a challenge to cover it up. But I have found a solution for this. A few months ago, I came across a TikTok of a woman who used sulfur soap. Her back was pimple-free after two weeks, so I had to try this. And oh my god, this is really great stuff.
You shouldn't do it for the smell, but the results make up for a lot, believe me. Sulfur contains an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory substance, which means it can help kill the bacteria that cause acne and reduce existing inflammation. By that, I mean those painful, underlying pimples that have been there forever. Super annoying.
But seriously: couldn't they have chosen another name? Sulfur soap sounds like something you should avoid on your skin at all costs. But nothing could be further from the truth, because it really helps if you use the soap daily while showering. It can be quite a challenge to apply it all over your back, but with a little flexibility, it should work. I personally saw a difference after about two to three weeks, so I am a fan. A big fan, even.
And the best part: a bar of sulfur soap costs less than ten euros. Could be worse, right? At Holland & Barrett, it is even one hundred percent plant-based without preservatives and synthetic additives. Definitely worth trying for that ten euros.
