Finding motivation for sports always starts for me at the same point: scoring new outfits. Sounds very superficial, but it really works for me. When I have completely new sports outfits, I immediately feel like diving back into the gym or doing another sports class. And honestly: lately I've been a bit lazy with the sports classes. I mainly stood on the tennis court (also fun of course)? but the weather in the Netherlands doesn't really allow that outside anymore... And so I drag myself back inside. Including a new outfit.

I scored this time at Stronger, and I wanted to tip you about their new August collection; I actually had such a great success with everything here. Their new collection is called the Lift Collection and it is specially designed for autumn. That means: sportswear that beautifully accentuates your figure and gives a lifting effect, in other words: exactly what makes me very happy. In the meantime, I have tried them on and can tell you that they indeed do very nice things for my butt, but also the sports bras ensure that everything stays in place. I had seen this brand so many times online and had actually never purchased anything, but with this one, they have gained a fan.
