The question you need to ask to guaranteed get that job

Job interviews, I hate them. At least, if they are those incredibly typical interviews. Where do you see yourself in five years? I don't even know what I'm going to eat tonight, let alone where I'll be in five years. But still, you have to prepare an answer and rattle it off as if you haven't rehearsed it. Actually, a job interview is often a test of how well you can remember certain phrases in your head. What are your areas for improvement? ‘Oh, I'm so perfectionistic.’ ‘I find it hard to let go of my work.’ Does anyone ever say: ‘I really have the biggest morning mood ever’? Because those are the honest answers to such a question.
But what I found perhaps the hardest moment was at the end: when you're asked if you have any questions for the interviewer. You read everywhere on the internet that it's very good to ask something. Only... What? Don't worry, I have the perfect question for you that went viral on TikTok. People swear that this is almost a guarantee to get that job.
Here it comes: when you're asked if you want to know anything, ask the following question:
‘If you look six months to a year ahead from now and you see the person in this position doing really well, what do you see for them?’
According to TikTok, this question is successful every time and the questioner even receives compliments for asking it. It shows that you are motivated to do really well, you get a good idea of what is expected of you, and you also find out if the interviewer themselves has a clear idea of what the position entails. A win-win situation.
