Today we tip the Pink Bottomless Brunch

If there is anything that makes me happy, it is the word ‘bottomless’. That can really make my weekend. Especially in combination with a brunch; something you are increasingly seeing in Amsterdam. And rightly so, because is there anything more fun than discussing updates, gossip, and new flings with friends over poached eggs, avocado, cocktails, and mimosas? No, exactly, I thought so.

And the newest hotspot to do this is Pink Beach by Wondr, in Amsterdam-Noord. The chances are very high that you have seen it before: literally everything here is pink and it is actually an Instagram paradise that you find yourself in. It is set up so nicely here, from the pool filled with balls to the lounge chairs in the sand and the bright pink bar. So put on your cutest outfit, because you definitely want to do a photoshoot here.

But we are of course here for the food and drinks. For me, the benchmark is always the poached egg; if that is well made (and not hard-boiled), I know it’s good. Pink Beach passed with flying colors. On to the cocktails.

They are completely in theme with the pink and the extravagant vibe; from a bathtub you drink from to Flamingo Mules. And yes: bottomless. I hereby challenge you to order the entire cocktail menu and then let me know what your favorite was. For me, so far, it’s the Pink Pornstar Martini, which is frozen. So delicious, and ideal if it gets scorching hot again in the coming weeks.
