The croissants you must try

Wheel Croissants

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: the croissants you must try.

This. I. Want. Nowwww. Fortunately, I can get it this week because I live in Amsterdam and you can get this delight there. At Rise Bakery to be precise, at the Albert Cuyp market. They sell ‘wheel croissants’, or round, filled croissants and they look really heavenly.

They are filled with, for example, dulce de leche and topped with white chocolate and rosemary…

IS IT A CROISSANT? PASTRY?
They themselves also don’t know exactly what their creation is, but they do know that it is a success. Many food influencers have already visited Rise Bakery to try them, and normally I find that a bit annoying, but not this time, because through Cravings in Amsterdam I discovered the existence of these wheel croissants, for which I am grateful.

Rise Bakery is open every week from Monday to Saturday, from eight in the morning to three in the afternoon.
