With these 3 sex positions, you burn the most calories

The most fun way to burn calories is definitely having sex. At least, that's my guess; that people prefer to dive into bed rather than the gym. You might think that you burn far fewer calories with sex than with weightlifting or a Rocycle class, but that doesn't always have to be the case. It all depends on the position.
That's why I've put together a nice overview for you; these positions are perfect for burning calories and, in my opinion, are just as good as a session in the gym. Want to work on your summer body? Then you know what you need to do: just finish this list.
1. The Squat

Especially in a man-woman situation, this is really a calorie burner for women. You burn between 188 and 224 calories during a The Squat session (and the man only 50).
2. The Butter Churner

This sounds incredibly exciting, and it's also a tough one. Do this well and enthusiastically, and you can burn 179 calories in 30 minutes. And yes, this also applies to men; they can even burn 211 calories in half an hour.
3. The Kneeling Wheelbarrow

Seriously, who comes up with these names? HAHA. But anyway, this one is also good for calories, as women burn 149 calories with it and men 167. A workout for both again.
Do you find this a bit too intense but still want to get a good workout? Then as a woman, avoid the missionary position, because you only burn 47 calories with it. In a man-woman situation, the man does most of the work; they burn 144 calories with that position.
