All the celebs at P. Diddy's parties signed this bizarre contract
So they can’t say anything for 70 years

What exactly happened at P. Diddy's ‘White Parties’ is still a big mystery. All the celebs who were supposedly on ‘the list’ seem to have glued their lips shut with superglue. No one plans to say anything about it. That’s not so strange: anyone who wanted to be at the party had to sign a strict non-disclosure agreement.
Not telling anything at all
All celebs signed an NDA before entering the party: a non-disclosure agreement. A silence contract that promises you won’t tell anyone about what happens that night. In Diddy’s case, this meant that guests had to keep all information about Diddy himself, his family members, friends, relationships, and business partners to themselves. No photos, videos, or audio recordings of the rapper or anyone in his vicinity were allowed. Basically, spreading information in any way was an absolute no-go, unless Diddy himself gave written permission. But of course, he would never do that.
Very long contracts
Anyone who signed the contract was immediately bound for a long time. In principle, the rule was: the contract is valid for Diddy’s entire life and then another 20 years after that. However, the rapper also thought about what should happen if he were to pass away early. All NDAs are valid for at least 70 years. So if he suddenly isn’t around anymore, the contract remains valid even longer, even if that’s more than those 20 years.
Ashton Kutcher
Actor Ashton Kutcher was one of the guests at the ‘White Parties’ and thus had to sign such a contract. Ashton and Diddy met on the MTV show Punk’d and were friends for many years. An interview the actor gave in 2019 in the YouTube segment ‘Hot Ones’ by YouTuber Sean Evans is now going viral again on social media due to Diddy-gate. In the conversation, he was asked about the parties and an awkward situation arose. He could barely find his words and only said: “Wow. Okay, I have a lot that I can’t talk about.” He thought for a long time about what he could say, only to conclude that he actually couldn’t say anything at all. Partly because of the video, there are now calls for the attendees to testify in the lawsuit. With all those NDAs, they must have valuable information.
Breakthrough in the lawsuit
The fact that so many celebs have signed a silence contract doesn’t mean that the information will never come out. Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura also had an NDA, but still released the video about the abuse. If the artists have to appear in court, they can do nothing but honestly tell what really happened. So far, no one from ‘the list’ is required to testify, but that could of course change. Who knows what information we will still hear.
