If you do this sport, you can eat anything you want.

For everyone who loves good and plenty of food, the chance is big that you also have to exercise a lot to keep your body the way you want it. But if, like me, you really love a lot of fatty food or would like to scoop out a jar of Nutella every day, then once a week Rocycle and some pilates in between is not enough. Fortunately, there is a secret weapon in the field of sports. A sport where you can relax while using every muscle in your body. It's simply so much fun that you don't even notice it. Well, until the next morning, that is.
Which magical sport am I talking about? Horse riding. Despite the fact that many people think the horse does everything and the rider just sits there bouncing a bit, you use every muscle you can think of when riding. Steering the horse requires some muscle power, it's not just a regular bike handlebar. Standing and sitting while trotting not only requires leg muscles but in the meantime, you also have to maintain your balance to avoid falling forward. And to not bounce off, you almost constantly have to engage your abdominal muscles. Of course, you shouldn't forget the glutes either, because for anyone who has never been on a horse before, it probably also means a whole hour of clenched buttocks.
With an hour of horse riding, you quickly burn 235 calories, which is about the same as a serving of fries at McDonald's. I know I'm not the only one who likes to get as many fries as possible every week. Britt Dekker also shared a few bikini photos last week with the explanation that she owes her body to equestrian sports. So quickly check if there's a riding school near your vacation spot to compensate for all those delicious vacation lunches and dinners.
