It's actually quite extreme. Chemsex parties are organized to have sex under the influence of various substances with large groups at the same time. It involves all sorts of drugs you can think of, but usually, ecstasy and cocaine are used in combination with GHB.

Of course, everyone is free to do whatever they want. Especially in the area of sex, there are quite a few different preferences to consider, many of which you probably wouldn't want to try. There is a lot of warning about chemsex, particularly from addiction clinics, because the risk of drug addiction is very high. Due to the pushing of boundaries and sexual contact with so many different people at the same time, the risk of STIs also increases, which is why the GGD warns against these parties.

In short, it's interesting to know that it exists, but if one of my friends were to get involved in this, I would definitely warn them.
