Yes, that was of course to be expected; with the unprecedented success of B&B Vol Liefde, it was only a matter of time before a romcom would be made about it. You won't hear me complaining, especially not with this cast. Sanne Langelaar, Mingus Dagelet, and Oscar Aerts play the lead roles, but we also see other familiar faces. Yes, Olof and Anne (who participated in the real B&B Vol Liefde) also have a guest role.
Sanne plays Sarah, who suddenly quits her job and falls into a black hole. She was always addicted to her work and now has no idea what to do — is there even a life outside of work? Lacking alternatives, she decides to take care of her aunt's B&B for a while, although she is not very enthusiastic about it. Sarah is used to the city, but suddenly she finds herself in the countryside in Groningen, which is quite a difference.
But luckily there are two very charming men (Mingus Dagelet and Oscar Aerts) there, which makes the whole stay a lot more pleasant. What a luxury problem, delightful. The film will be in theaters starting May 2, and it’s really going to be a delightful romcom.
