‘Sprint’ is the Netflix doc to warm up for the Olympic Games

Even if you don't like sports at all, there's a good chance you'll really enjoy watching others work up a sweat from the couch, with a drink and some snacks around you. Especially during the Olympic Games, it's a joy to learn all the rules of the most unknown sports within a few minutes, only to then critically say: ‘No, he didn't keep his arm straight there, that's going to be a few points deducted.’
If you want a little insight into what the life of a top athlete looks like around those big competitions, I recommend you watch the documentary ‘Sprint’ on Netflix this weekend. You can enjoy it just as much as the Olympic Games themselves, but it's also really fun to get to know more about the personalities involved. Like Sha’Carri Richardson, about whom I've always read a lot, but now I could finally see up close how funny and cool she is (besides the fact that she's one of the fastest women in the world). Ten-centimeter long nails, constantly changing hairstyles in all sorts of surprising colors, and then also winning all those big prizes!
You can binge it all at once, but you can also space out the episodes while counting down to the start of the Games. You can clear your schedule from July 26 to August 11 for that. Now that we're definitely out of the European Championship, I really need this soft landing in another discipline of sport.
