The way to use up pickle juice: make Pickle Martinis

For the pickle junkies among us: you can do something exciting with pickle juice. What if I told you that you can make a Pickle Martini from it? Look, that's a surprise for your next cocktail party. If the guests are also pickle junkies then.
If you're a real junkie, you'll probably drink pickle juice until the last drop (maybe you even buy it in bulkif you find the juice just as heavenly as the pickle itself). But why stop at just the juice when you can transform it into a cocktail? This Pickle Martini is a different-than-usual variant of the regular Martini. A Martini with a twist. You have to love it, but I already said: as a die-hard pickle fan, you can hardly do otherwise.
HERE'S HOW TO MAKE A PICKLE MARTINI COCKTAIL
Making a Pickle Martini is super simple. Grab your cocktail shaker and fill it with about 60 milliliters (2 oz) of gin, a splash of dry vermouth, and about 30 milliliters (1 oz) of pickle juice. Add plenty of ice to your cocktail shaker and shake until the shaker is nice and cold. That takes about 30 seconds. Pour this into your favorite martini glass and serve with, of course, extra pickles.
MORE MARTINI’S, PLEASE
If you're as much of a martini maniac as you are a pickle lover, I can imagine you're itching to serve more martinis at your cocktail party. You know the Pornstar Martini and Espresso Martini, but have you ever made a Crème Brûlee Martini? Or a (completely autumn-themed) Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini? And if you want to celebrate your party with a little extra pickle theme, then the pickle cheesecake should definitely not be missing.
