This is the Netflix tip if you can't agree together

By

This weekend, relaxing was the only thing I wanted to do. Because of the nice weather, I notice that I am scheduling just a bit more appointments, drinking just a bit more alcohol, and because of the heat, you just sleep a bit worse. Not that I'm complaining about it, I enjoy it immensely! But I think everyone recognizes that you occasionally create a bit of sleep deprivation, especially when the festival schedule is also filled with multi-day festival parties. So I promised myself: this Saturday night, I will do nothing but lie on the couch and watch a movie with my 12-year-old teenager.

Because a teenager just likes to disagree with everything that is proposed, it's quite difficult to choose what can actually be watched. And I don't believe there is anyone in this world who wants to fill their Saturday night with scrolling through Netflix until you become so hopeless that you just go to sleep. This time, I had done some homework, and I can proudly say that I found a documentary that everyone wants to see. Even if you don't like dogs.

Because the Netflix documentary ‘Inside the Mind of a Dog’ is everything you need on an evening like this. It starts with a lot of footage of puppies. I don't think I need to explain why that's fantastic. But what really stuck with me was the part about how well dogs actually understand us. Because sometimes you think your dog understands what you're saying, or that you're sad, or really happy. It turns out that dogs understand us better than monkeys can follow us. And that's quite bizarre, considering that we ourselves descend from monkeys. I won't spoil too much, because I think everyone should see it. But I do want to warn you in advance: by the end, you will cry.
