These are all the hair styles you can create with a dyson

The holidays have started and that means a lot of people are going to be made happy with a Dyson (put it on your wish list). And believe me, if you thought it was only handy for drying your hair, or for doing a simple blowout, then you are really mistaken. It's not just that this hairdryer is sinful beauty top 100 is. Because with a Dyson you can do so much more. Grab your hairdryer, because I'm going to teach you my favorite hairstyles that you can create with your (new) Dyson.
Beachy waves with the Dyson Airwrap
First up: we start with perhaps the most popular look. With the Dyson Airwrap and the 30mm attachment, you can create this look in no time (believe me, you'll be done in a flash). Start with towel-dried hair, grab a section, let the Airwrap automatically suck in the hair, and hold it for about twenty seconds. Important: cool it down with the cool shot, that's really THE trick. Repeat this, and now comes the most important part: alternate between curling inwards and outwards. This will give you a real beachy look. Brush it out with your fingers afterwards. Ready. Set. Surfer chic.
C-curls à la Dyson: underrated
The what? C-curls. Haha, it sounds weird, but: they are soft curves at the ends of your hair. A hairstyle where people ask, “Did you go to the hairdresser?” while you know: no, just stood in front of the mirror for 5 minutes. Here too, you use the 30mm attachment of the Dyson Airwrap, but you only focus on the bottom 5-10 centimeters of your hair. Make sure your hair is straight (so blow-dry it flat first). Curl your hair inwards, the Airwrap will suck it in automatically, you just have to wait and look a bit glamorous while doing it.

Finish off with the cool air setting and subtly twist your curl into shape with your finger or let them sit in a hair roller (here are my favorite hair rollers). Finish with a bit of hairspray and your look is complete.
Create a voluminous blowout like a pro
Do you remember those hairstyles from the ’90s? You know: Think Rachel from Friends, think Cindy Crawford. With the Dyson Supersonic or the Airwrap (round volumizing brush), you can blow yourself back to that time. Only with A LITTLE less hairspray and without perms.
Use a volumizing mousse, this is very important, because it keeps your hair in place. Above you will find my top 3 (you're welcome). Divide your hair into sections and blow-dry it upwards at the roots. Then work your way down with a round brush and lightly curl the ends. Pro-tip: dry the first phase upside down for maximum body. Hellooo bouncy hair, goodbye flatness. For an extra ’90s look, create a set of curtain bangs (at the bottom of this article, I'll tell you how to make those).
Sleek & straight with the Dyson: no straightener needed
All my curly girls who love straight hair: ATTENTION! Put that straightener away, throw it in the trash (okay, maybe not quite), because I have the tip. Blow-dry your hair with a comb and the Dyson. Hold the Dyson on top of your head and gently comb your hair down. Then attach the blow-dry brush to your Dyson and blow-dry it as flat as possible. Tadaa! This way you have straight hair without damaging it too much.
Cute slick back blow-out ponytail with your Dyson
Sometimes you just want all your hair slicked back. Especially when you're on day 5 of your no-wash day. And actually, you secretly want it sometimes, because you want to look like a CEO (or like Bella Hadid on the red carpet). Enter: the Dyson blow-out ponytail.

Start with a generous amount of gel, oil, and mousse on the top of your hair. Brush it back with a paddle brush and make a ponytail at the crown of your head. Wrap a section of hair around the elastic (so it looks like you just came from the salon) and curl each section in the ponytail with the Corrale or Airwrap for some wave or a subtle curl. The only thing you need to do now is apply a generous amount of hairspray and you're done. This look screams chic, sleek, and seriously stylish.
Styling curtain bangs with Dyson
Do you have curtain bangs? Or have you been thinking for three weeks about the haircut of all haircuts (ask your hairdresser this!!!)? Whatever you choose, with a Dyson, curtain bangs are suddenly no drama to style. Use the Dyson with the flyaway attachment or the Airwrap with the small brush. Blow-dry your bangs inwards (or outwards for a slightly more retro vibe), let them cool in a roller, et voilà.
