Jacquemus at your holiday destination

Check here where you need to be

By

Are you, like me, a big fan of Jacquemus? Then I have good news for you: you can literally encounter him everywhere on your holiday! From Paris to Ibiza, from snow to sun—Simon Porte Jacquemus knows how to turn every place into a fashion paradise. His shows seem straight out of a movie, his campaigns are dreamy, and his stores are each a sight to behold. And the best part? They all adapt to the vibe of the city. So wherever you go this summer (or winter), there’s surely a Jacquemus spot you must check out.

The brain behind Jacquemus

Before we dive into sun-soaked boutiques and stylish beds on the beach: let’s first take a moment to acknowledge the brain behind the fashion brand Jacquemus. Simon Porte Jacquemus started his label at the age of 19, named after his mother. He grew up among the lavender fields in the south of France, and you can see that reflected in everything he creates: his collections breathe sun, simplicity, and poetry. He became world-famous with his mini-bags (yes, the ones that literally fit nothing but you just have to have), his Instagram-worthy shows, and his nose for atmosphere. Everything he touches turns into a Pinterest dream: from fashion to marketing, and now also his own stores.

Paris: the first (and immediately the chicest)

Jacquemus didn’t just open his very first store anywhere in a back alley. No, Simon thought: go big or go home. And so it became Avenue Montaigne in Paris, the street where Dior also feels at home. Since 2022, you can find a store there that completely embodies his style: minimalistic, warm, with that southern French feeling that immediately puts you in holiday mode. And spoiler alert: he has maintained that style in all his subsequent boutiques.

Jacquemus in the world cities: NYC, LA & London baby

After Paris, Jacquemus took the plane. And how. He opened stores in New York, Los Angeles, and London. But just opening a little shop? That’s too simple for Simon. He went all out. Think: local merch (yes, you wanted that tea in London just for the cup), events with croissants and juice in NYC, and of course the most beautiful stores that fit perfectly into the streetscape. Every visit is an experience.

Ibiza: beach vibes and Banana Locs

Are you going to Ibiza this summer? Lucky you! Then you can visit Casa Jondal, where Jacquemus has been running a delightful boutique since May. Think: sunny beds in his style, a chic jeu-de-boules court (of course in beige), and a summer collection that you won’t find anywhere else. This pop-up is so cool that even the locals want to shine there for a moment. And believe me, you want to stroll there in your linen dress and sun hat.

Monte Carlo: just opened and already a dream place

Three days ago (yes, it’s breaking news) Jacquemus opened his latest gem at Monte Carlo Beach. Two boutiques, one for women and one for men, beds you never want to leave, and a restaurant where you feel like you’re in a movie. Everything is perfect. From the napkins to the menu: it’s Jacquemus down to the last detail.

Saint-Tropez: same vibes, different location

On June 11, 2023, he also opened a beach club in Saint-Tropez. And yes, it’s once again a dream place. Think: azure blue sea, beige and sand-colored umbrellas, and of course an exclusive Jacquemus collection. If you’re wondering if it resembles Monte Carlo—yes, but with just that little bit more Côte d’Azur glam.

Courchevel: winter chic in pop-up style

Is your holiday a bit more wintery in nature? No worries. Jacquemus also thought of the snow lovers among us. On December 10, 2023, you could find him temporarily in Courchevel with a fresh pop-up boutique – completely in winter style. Think: warm materials, cozy merch, and marketing images that make you spontaneously leave the slopes. A pop-up, yes, but one that felt like it belonged there permanently. Because who would have thought that snow and fashion would match so well?
