This is how you look like Hailey Bieber in the Victoria's Secret campaign

By

That Hailey Bieber is one of the biggest it-girls of the moment is beyond doubt. Everything this girl touches seems to turn to gold. So what did Victoria’s Secret think? We need to do something with this. They are finally doing it now: Hailey is the new face (or rather, body) of the new Valentine’s collection. This homage to the legend-worthy V-Day 2001 campaign shows once again what a powerhouse Mrs. Bieber is, with those long legs and tight stomach. How does she look so toned? That’s thanks to her workout regime. And it’s really not a difficult story, you know. We know exactly what she does and you can do this too. Follow her routine and you could walk the catwalk.

Exercise, exercise, and more exercise

Well, you don’t just become the face of Victoria’s Secret; Hailey has worked very hard for that. After all, not everyone can lie in a light pink bikini and paint their nails in a clothing box. Our girl has trained a lot for that, trust me – but only practicing one sport? That’s not in Hailey’s dictionary. She does not do one, not two, but three different types of sports to stay in the best shape:

  1. Pilates

First of all, she lives for pilates. How could it be any different than that she is a pilates queen? Because Hailey was a successful ballet dancer in the past, pilates helps her support her in the same way. It keeps her muscles ‘longer’ and stronger. At the same time, it ensures that she can maintain her elegant posture. She mentioned this in the Women’s Health Going For Goal podcast: “Many movements are similar to dance.”

  2. Hot pilates and yoga

In addition to the usual low-impact sport, the Rhode owner sweats it out during hot pilates. Here you do the same movements, but you enhance the effect by doing it in an infrared heated studio. The heat provides more challenge, increased circulation, and makes your muscles looser and more flexible. This reduces the chance of injuries and helps you burn calories faster. Isn’t that great?

  3. Boxing

When Hailey is not in the pilates studio, you can find her in the boxing ring. Sprinting on a treadmill? She doesn’t do that. Her favorite cardio is boxing. She alternates this with pilates and weight training.

  4. Weight training

Through all the gym sessions, she also finds time for weight training: “I do a few extra sessions in the gym every week, weight training and then cardio.” She finds weightlifting just as important as the rest. Movement keeps her mind and body healthy.

Her strict diet

Exercising is important, but you need more than just some movement to look like Hailey. Usually, her meals look quite simple, she told ELLE: “On a regular day, my breakfast usually consists of eggs, oatmeal or a healthy protein source and a smoothie. Lunch is almost always a salad, fish, grilled vegetables or a sandwich.” She eats little gluten, so her absolute favorite is a good kale caesar salad, without croutons. Her dinner often consists of vegetables and gluten-free pasta.

She doesn’t go out to eat very often. At home, she knows everything is good: “We grill a lot of things like steak, vegetables, and corn,” she wants it as fresh as possible and that’s easier at home. Additionally, she tries to eat more vegetarian or vegan. Does she eat desserts? Of course, but not too often. The Magnum ice bars are her absolute favorite, but otherwise, she does her best to avoid sugar. Her biggest secret for this is drinking plenty of water. Of course, she does have her cheat days. Then she just eats the first thing she wants, even if she wants pancakes or ice cream for breakfast.

So you know what you need to do if you want to be asked to model for the next show.
