Last year it was one of the most popular affordable sweaters that you kept seeing. On Instagram, in the city, and of course at H&M itself. And just when you thought: okay, now I'm going to buy it, it was sold out again.
I'm talking about the popular mohair sweater from H&M. So good news for everyone who missed out last year: the sweater is back. And this year not just in one or two colors, but in many more different shades.
The H&M mohair sweater is back
The sweater that had such a run last year is hanging in the H&M stores again. It's also fully restocked online. It's a nice oversized model made of a soft, fluffy knit. With the dropped shoulders, it falls nicely loose and casual, just how I want a nice sweater for autumn.
And honestly: I get the hype. This is the kind of sweater you throw on with jeans and sneakers and you really don't have to think about it anymore. Just throw a jacket over it, bag take it with you and go. But it also works great with a trousers or a long skirt if you want to put in a bit more effort.
Last year it was sold out all the time
And that drove everyone a bit crazy. Every time the sweater came online again, it seemed like everyone wanted it at the same time. Before you knew it, the best colors were already gone.
Again this year the sweater is available and this year H&M has it in a lot more colors. The current version costs €69.99. And it seems like you have a bit more time to think before you click on the shopping cart this year. Although I personally wouldn't take too long. After all, we learned from last year.
Even more choice this year
And that makes me happy. The sweater is available this year in various colors, from nice neutral to a lot more striking. Like the baby blue or bright green color, it makes the dark days ahead just a bit lighter. Personally, I immediately fell for brown. Maybe not very surprising, but I really think this is a color you can keep wearing throughout autumn and winter.
With a good pair of jeans, black pants or slacks: it actually goes with everything. And because brown is just a bit warmer than, for example, black or gray, I also find it looks a bit cozier. But if you already have three brown sweaters in your closet (I'm guilty), then luckily there are plenty of other colors to choose from.
