Are you also so addicted to padel? It's really no wonder that it's the fastest growing sport in the world, right? It's so incredibly fun. And it seems like nowadays everyone is playing padel . Personally, I find it much more enjoyable than tennis. Much faster and more sociable, after all, you are much closer to each other.

You may already know that it's not a cheap sport. But hey, that shouldn't dampen the fun. It's also the healthiest sport in the world (this is due to several factors, including the mega social aspect)

I just saw a mega good racket for sale online at Lidl. A CRIVIT Padel racket 12K Carbon PRO from Stefanie Graf and it now costs €59.99, while the specification list includes terms you would expect on more expensive padel rackets.

With 12K carbon on the hitting surface, a 12K carbon tube frame, Black High-Density EVA foam, and a weight of about 370 grams. That's really a mega good price.

This is why this Lidl racket stands out

The first thing that stands out is of course the price. The racket normally costs €79.99, but is currently available for 25 percent off for €59,99.

But it's especially that combination of price and material that is so interesting.

Because, the hitting surface is made of 12K carbon. That's a material you see a lot in padel rackets from a higher segment and that is aimed at power and a direct ball feel.

Just for your comparison: there are currently 12K carbon padel rackets available for prices well above a hundred euros.

12K carbon, EVA foam, and a carbon frame

Lidl has really paid quite a bit of attention to the construction of this padel racket. In the core is Black High-Density EVA foam, which according to Lidl should dampen vibrations while providing a direct ball feel.

The racket is intended by Lidl as a combination of power and control. And that sounds exactly like what you want when you're regularly on the court.

A racket weighing 370 grams

The racket weighs about 370 grams, with a margin of 10 grams. The shape is a teardrop shape and the center of gravity is at 27 centimeters. Lidl calls the balance neutral. Perfect and average weight.

And then there are a few smart extras on it

The racket has a Teardrop Profile, or an aerodynamic teardrop shape. Really a good all-round racket.

Developed with Stefanie Graf

The racket was developed in collaboration with Stefanie Graf. Her name is also prominently displayed on the racket.

By the way, that's really not a reason to buy it. It's really mainly the specifications that make this racket interesting.

For €59.99 at Lidl

The Padel racket currently costs €59.99 (instead of €79.99) and before I would pay €150 or €200 for a new racket.
