I haven't even fully processed MAFS 2026 yet, but I already have a glimpse of the new season. Because MAFS Australia 2027 is currently being filmed, and we already know more about the participants of the new season.. I. can't. wait. The first weddings are already being filmed in Sydney, and the Australian media have revealed the complete leaked cast by now. Oops. From a former Bachelorette contestant to a footballer who nearly lost his leg, and even the first female couple since 2020: okay, season 14 promises to be interesting again. I think I have all the participants and couples from MAFS Australia 2027.

MAFS Australia 2027: season 14 is coming

We really have to wait a bit longer, though, only the recordings for MAFS Australia 2027, season 14, have already started in Sydney. Oh, I am so looking forward to this. The first participants have already been spotted walking to their wedding venues, and the Australian media are coming out with one spoiler after another. Bring it on…

Daily Mail has now revealed the complete cast of twenty participants / ten couples. Channel Nine has not officially announced the full cast yet, so we will treat the names below as leaked cast information for now.

And there are already a few notable names among them. For example, we see a former participant from The Bachelorette Australia returning to reality TV, there is finally again a female couple (the last was in 2020), and there is a participant who was previously seen on Dating Naked: UK . Joe Joe.

These are the couples of MAFS Australia 2027

1. Rob Harb and Sophie Vidal

Rob Harb is described as a calm and down-to-earth footballer who is close to his family and values hard work. His match is Sophie Vidal, a tattooed bride who, according to people around her, is sweet and relaxed, but also has a pretty spicy side.

On paper, it seems to be one of the calmer matches of the season. But we know MAFS Australia well enough by now to know that this doesn't have to mean anything at all.

2. Victoria Sellar and Shona Marino

This is immediately one of the most striking couples of season 14. Victoria Sellar and Shona Marino form the first female couple in MAFS Australia since Amanda Micallef and Tash Herz in 2020.

Shona works as cabin crew for Virgin Australia and is active on TikTok. Victoria is a personal trainer and has a great passion for health, fitness, and discipline. Both women had indicated beforehand that they were open to a relationship with both a man and a woman.

According to insiders, this is the wildcard match of the season, although it is emphasized that the two have been paired together due to their possible compatibility and not just for television.

3. Kayne Buik and Kristen Goedecke

Kayne Buik is perhaps one of the most recognizable faces from the new cast. He participated in 2015 in The Bachelorette Australia, where he tried to win the heart of Sam Frost. That didn't go quite as hoped.

Since then, Kayne has focused on the dating world and built up the singles events brand Hey Honey. He now has a large following on TikTok, where he shares content about dating and modern relationships.

His MAFS match is Kristen Goedecke, a successful real estate professional from Adelaide. Kristen was already spotted at her wedding in Sydney and reportedly became visibly emotional there.

4. James Alexander and Katherine ‘Kat’ Lennon

James Alexander, who is called Jay by friends, works in digital marketing and has experience with large brands. He is described as stylish, social, and someone with a great interest in fashion and music.

He is paired with Katherine ‘Kat’ Lennon, a nurse who previously worked in the United Kingdom during the coronavirus pandemic and then moved to Australia.

According to the first descriptions, James seems to be the charming and mischievous half of the couple, while Kat is known for her calm and caring character.

5. Chris Colombo and Bella Kajewski

Okay, this couple is already being tipped as one of the most explosive matches of MAFS Australia 2027.

Chris Colombo has a background in football, boxing, and fitness and is described as direct, confident, and quite outspoken. He has previously been seen in Million Dollar Island.

His bride Bella Kajewski is an actress and model and has an IMDb credit according to Daily Mail. With around 10,000 Instagram followers, she was one of the most followed new brides during the first recordings.

The two reportedly got along remarkably well in the initial phase of the experiment. But because they are both strong personalities, there is already much speculation about how much fireworks this marriage will produce.

6. Tim Bates and Sarina Monastirli

Tim Bates is a café owner from Brisbane and has previous experience with reality TV. He participated in Million Dollar Island.

His match is Sarina Monastirli, a writer with a passion for gothic and dark fantasy. She also has a background in theater and started the experiment with only about 180 Instagram followers.

And that makes her stand out among all the social media faces we've seen in reality TV over the past few years.

Tim and Sarina have reportedly been spotted together on honeymoon at the Gold Coast, with initial reports suggesting that things seem to be going well between the two.

7. Connor Rogers and Leanne Rosario

The story of Connor Rogers is perhaps one of the most remarkable from the new cast.

The footballer suffered a serious knee injury during a match in 2025. An artery behind his knee was severed, and he lost blood supply to his lower leg. He also sustained severe damage to various knee ligaments and faced compartment syndrome.

Doctors managed to save his leg, but according to reports, amputation remained a real possibility for a long time.

Connor is also no stranger to television. He was previously seen in Dating Naked: UK.

In MAFS, he is paired with Leanne Rosario, a professional makeup artist, reformer Pilates instructor, and owner of Soflo Studios in Melbourne.

8. Steven Hiles and Sarah Jane Comben

Steven Hiles is an entrepreneur from the hospitality industry in Sydney. He has previously been involved in various hospitality businesses and is currently a partner in two Play Zone locations.

He has also received media attention for a date with Australian actress Nicky Whelan.

His MAFS match is Sarah Jane Comben, about whom very little is currently known. She is even described by Daily Mail as one of the more mysterious brides of the season.

And of course, “mysterious” in MAFS land usually means only one thing: we will probably hear much more about this later.

9. James Smith and Lily Holics

James Smith is a true Bondi larrikin: social, energetic, and according to friends, probably someone who won't sit still during the infamous Dinner Parties.

However, behind that cheerful personality lies a quite resilient man. James is said to have worked hard on himself after difficult periods and even completed a triathlon despite never having participated in one before.

His match is Lily Holics, who works for the Australian Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.

So quite a striking combination: the exuberant Bondi man opposite a woman with a career in the Australian government.

10. Kodie Wyatt and Wintah Cunnington

Kodie Wyatt works as a cosmetic nurse and initially had quite a bit of trouble with all the attention surrounding the recordings during her wedding.

The 31-year-old bride was reportedly shocked by the paparazzi and even wondered whether she had made the right decision by participating in MAFS. That changed when she saw her future husband at the ceremony.

That is Wintah Cunnington, a father of two from the Byron Bay area and a former coal miner. According to those around him, he is calm, religious, and strongly focused on his family and fitness.

Whether the experts have made a good match here, we will of course still discover.

Who are the experts of MAFS Australia 2027?

After the sad news about our beloved Mel Schilling , who passed away in March 2026, we will also see a change at the expert table.

Of course, John Aiken and Alessandra Rampolla will return. But a new face will also be added to the panel.
