This is the most innovative dry shampoo at the moment

He had been on my wish list for a long time after I saw a video on Instagram of a woman whose greasy hair suddenly looked like a blowout after use: the K18 Airwash dry shampoo. This is not your standard dry shampoo that leaves a white cast, itchiness, or buildup (product residue). Thanks to K18, my hair maintains volume all week(!) and doesn't get greasy. K18 has released a high-tech version of a product that hasn't really changed in years. For my hair this is really gold in a bottle.

The Airwash is not an aerosol spray, but really a wet spray that you need to let absorb. You use it as follows: you really only need a few sprays on areas that get greasy faster, let it absorb for a moment, and then massage it in or brush it out. Unlike many traditional dry shampoos that mainly use starch to absorb grease, and thus leave a white cast, K18 has created transparent microbeads that absorb excess sebum and oil. Additionally, K18 uses the patented “odorBIND™ smart-release biotechnology” formula, which detects and helps break down fragrance molecules instead of masking them with a strong perfume scent. I am very sensitive to perfume in care products, so I am a total fan. The formula also contains moisturizing ingredients like glycerin and hyaluronic acid, so you don't have to worry about the health of your hair.

The American Olympic gymnast Simone Biles was the face of the Airwash fitness campaign, to show that it can refresh your hair even after an intense workout.

Don't be shocked by the price tag: the full size of 118 ml is €48.00 and the mini of 47 ml is €24.00. Personally, I think it's totally worth it, and you don't need much. It also saves you a lot of expensive shampoo sessions and time-consuming blow-dry sessions.
