Prepare a bowl of snacks, pour your favorite drink, and throw a blanket over your lap. The latest series and movies on Netflix are so addictive that you effortlessly go from a couch-hanging evening to a couch-hanging night. Because: ‘one more won't hurt’, right?

De Kastanjeman: Verstoppertje

The second season will be available on May 7
The thriller series is about a young woman who is found brutally murdered in a playground in Copenhagen, but she turns out not to be the only one. Mysterious chestnut men are found with several bodies, with fingerprints of the kidnapped 12-year-old daughter of the Minister of Social Affairs. As if that wasn't creepy enough, the perpetrator taunts his prey with children's songs. Two detectives are assigned to the case, one of whom is more eager than the other. That promises something.

Roosters

The second season will be available on May 13
The four men, or roosters, are back on your screen. After a “shitty course” on masculinity and what that means today, they are more confused than ever. A lot of questions about love and identity are raised, and we happily watch how they just manage to figure it out or not.

Perfect Match

The fourth season will be available on May 13
The idea behind this series is that couples take on ‘compatibility challenges’ with others in a tropical setting, with the ultimate goal of finding THE match. But as always in reality, everything is turned completely upside down: exes show up, arguments are inevitable – you name it. Perfect Match is also praised for the addition of bisexual cast members, as a refreshing addition to the heterosexual drama we are already familiar with.

Dames Eerst

Will be available on May 22
Businessman Damien is a huge jerk, until he (while checking out a woman of course) crashes hard into a pole. When he wakes up, he finds himself in a reversed world dominated by women. Together with the female Alex, who just happens to have “stolen” his job, he tries to keep himself afloat. Emphasis on tries.

Een Goede Gids voor Moord voor Meisjes

The second season will be available on May 27
Pip is a girl from a dead village in England who is after the murderer of a seventeen-year-old classmate, five years after the fact. Nothing in the whole story is true, and in the end, she finds what she is looking for. This season turns everything upside down, and Pip ends up with her hands in her short brown hair.

De Vier Seizoenen

The second season will be available on May 28
These three couples are friends for life and go out together every season. Sounds wonderful, but during these vacations, a lot of chaos mainly arises. Less pleasant moments, but mostly enough hilarious situations to make up for it.

Moord Bewust

The second season will be available on May 28
This German series gives strong American Psycho vibes. The story is about a father and big-time lawyer who takes a mindfulness class to find inner peace. He finds it, but it's a bloody affair. Somewhere between meditation and murder, Björn finds his inner child. Really a super wholesome watch this.

Rafa

The first season will be available on May 29
Anyone who is a tennis fan knows his name, and even those who are not: Rafael Nadal. The Spaniard won 22 Grand Slam titles and is now ready for a quiet (and well-deserved) retirement. In this series, he reflects on his life and career from start to finish. The good, the bad, the ugly, and especially what drove him all that time.
