THE protein cheesecake with just three ingredients

In a world where we are massively counting our proteins and every bite is preferably “high protein’, you sometimes have to be a little creative. This cheesecake made from three ingredients is proof of that. And this time it’s not some sad bowl of quark with soggy Biscoff cookies that you convince yourself to eat as dessert. TikTok is full of recipes that promise to have the least calories and yet the most protein. But sometimes the real winner is just in three basic ingredients. This cheesecake made from Skyr, eggs, and whipping powder proves that you don’t need any fuss for maximum macros.
These are the macros
The entire cake is 669 calories and contains no less than 56 grams of protein. Really: 56 grams of protein.
That’s no less than eight eggs. If you meal prep the cheesecake into seven portions for the week,
we're looking at about eight grams of protein per day.
And that without your entire kitchen being filled with ingredients.
Why this works
Breakfast, snack, or pre-workout snack: this airy yet creamy cheesecake goes down at any time of the day.
It fills you up well and tastes anything but healthy.
Here’s how to make it in ten minutes
The great thing is: anyone can do this. You don’t have to be a kitchen princess to get a slice on your plate.
It only takes five minutes and requires just the art of mixing.
Or if you want to dress the cake up a bit more festively: cutting. Think of pieces of apple,
or if that’s too much to ask (which it is for me) raspberries or a thin layer of powdered sugar are also delicious.
Then just pop it in the oven for 45 minutes at 170 degrees and it’s time to enjoy.
