This is really such a super healthy shake with which I love to start the Monday morning. Eat something else besides this juice because this alone won’t get you through the morning at Amayzine.
What do you need and how do you prepare it:
- Handful of spinach
- 2 pears
- glass almond milk (preferably unsweetened)
- 2 rather large celery sticks
Wash all the ingredients well before putting them in the blender, and peel the pears. Throw it all in the mix!
You can also first blend the pears and the celery and only use the juice when blending it with the spinach and almond milk. It’s smoother and a bit less heavy then though both ways are delicious!
Tip! Take a close look at the different brands of almond milk. I usually take the brand that contains the most percentage of almonds.
