I resemble Jackie a bit. I too like to do yoga and smoke a cigarette or two. Sometimes. Jackie O liked her three packs a day.
I really like this smoothie after a yoga session, because that’s the time when I’m in need of a good breakfast. Before working out, I always eat a banana or an energy bar.
What do I need and how do you prepare it?
- skinny yogurt
- 3 spoons of muesli (preferably without sugars)
- Dash of coconut milk
- Juice of 2 apples (use a juicer for this) or a small glass of organic apple juice (for sale at organic grocers)
- 4 spoons of frozen red fruit
Mix all these ingredients in a blender. Try a drop of honey or agave syrup if you want to sweeten it a bit.
