I know, I know. Booze isn’t particularly healthy for your body. I always regret it so much when I wake up after a wild evening at a cafe. I’ve often said about two hundred times not ever ever EVER going to drink a drop of alcohol. Or I decided to only drink champagne because that’s so chic it doesn’t really count. But where in heavens name will I drink champagne all the time?! Usually, before going out with girlfriends, we tend to get out the 3 euro prosecco bottles from the cupboard. Such a waste, expensive bottles like those, you’ll finish them within a second. Fashion folk really likes champagne not only because it comes across chic, but also (especially!) because it doesn’t work fattening. Another favourite is vodka with sparkling water because, as all the models like to scream, you won’t gain a pound. So today, I’m giving you the recipe for an ideal drink. Here it comes.

  • Cucumber
  • Grapefruit
  • Vodka
  • Sparkling water

The ratio vodka versus sparkling water depends on your taste (and your plans for the evening). Add a dash of vodka to your glass, some sparkling water, a bit of grapefruit and a slice of cucumber, for some extra taste. Et voila, you can brave your scales without fear.
