Part 3

Have you tried my other exercises out a home? These and these? It’s good motivation for me to share these with you because I need to set a good example. I usually grab my mat just before jumping under the shower. After my hot water and lemon are already down the hatch.

Today some exercises with a ball. A kind of skippy ball, but without handgrip. Getting sidetracked…the skippy ball probably isn’t a bad one to use. Then again, the way it will look might be a problem. Sorry, and back to the ball. This ball can be bought for just over a tenner online and believe me, you’ll get great pleasure from it.

Exercise 1

Lie with your back on the ball and your legs almost 90 degrees (see photo). Place your hands on your chest crossed over each other and tense your abdomen. Up and down.

Exercise 2

Next, lie on the ground with your calves resting on the ball. Arms behind your neck and tense your abdomen. You probably know this type of stomach exercise. But now with a ball.

Exercise 3

Stay in the same position. Lift your buttocks high into the air. Then lower them. Legs, butt, stomach, all get a work out.

Exercise 4

Grab the ball between your feet. A balancing trick. Lift it high in the air and then down again. Keep your stomach tense. It looks easy but I find it extremely hard to do. Your stomach muscles are gonna burn!

Do three sets of thirty.
