You did not eat

Once in a while an Instagram account surfaces that goes viral in no time at all, and BOOM achieves world fame. This happened with @MiserableMen not too long ago, an account where photos were posted of men waiting unhappily in shops for their wives/girlfriends.  Now it’s a new one: @YouDidNotEatThat, and if you ask me even funnier than the sad men.

The founder of this latest one (who wishes to remain anonymous), posted unrealistic photos of super-thin women consuming full-fat snacks, complete with hilarious text. “Speaking the truth in this mixed up world of too many macaroons and ice cream cones used as props” according to the page description. And yes it is annoying, all those bloggers who can’t get through a single week without posting pics of macaroons, donuts and soft serves. Always featuring bracelets on wrists, gold coloured vintage watches (Rolex preferred) and a fascinating backdrop like the Eiffel Tower or Central Park.

Ok, enough of the crazy, and lets be honest, who in gods name poses like that with a donut?! And who sits around in a tiny suit like that scoffing down a McDonalds burger? No-one. Definitely not her. Nice photo but no way in hell do we actually believe that she ate it. About a fortnight ago, the page had 13K followers but this has since grown to a staggering 104K. Wanna join the fun?
