the World’s most beautiful beaches
We leave Vietnam and Monaco behind us and fly on to The Maldives and Perhentian. No way this can disappoint so keep dreaming, start saving and make a booking.
Perhentian
Asia is hot and the beaches are a little fuller every year. For those who are flying to Kuala Lumpur, drive a few hours to the north, jump on a boat for an hour or two and you’ll end up on Perhentian, where there are no tourists to be seen. The beaches are just as beautiful, if not more so than on the very popular Bali but the prices on Perhentian are a little more palatable. There is not much to do except snorkel, read and relax. Don’t forget your camera because you’ll more than likely end up wanting to photograph every single inch of the place.
The Maldives
Oh the Maldives, the ultimate snorkelling paradise. The Maldives are what dreams are made of. Snow white beaches, azure blue water and tiny huts on stilts in the water. You don’t need to do much more than stick your head under the surface to see exotic and colourful fish. You do need to save a bit though because it’s horribly expensive, especially if you want one of those typical houses out on the sea. They cost a few thousand euro to rent. Expensive, yes but the memories will be priceless.
