We can all use a little detox after the weekend. I’m guessing you weren’t celebrating with a glass of water in your hand on Saturday? Well I certainly wasn’t. Wobbling home on my bike and yesterday I drank one too many Jilz (yes, Jilz) at a festival. That is why I’m starting this Monday with something green. I did however do my exercises this morning. Did you?
What do you need and how do you make it?
– 5 pieces of pineapple
– juice of half a lemon
– handful of spinach
– 1 apple
– a splash of coconut water
– a teaspoon of Spirulina
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix. If it’s too thick, add a bit more coconut water.
