6 reasons to eat seaweed

There was I time when I couldn’t get enough of green seaweed chips. Admittedly, I came to a point where the taste began to bore me. You get that sometimes, but luckily now I seem to have restored my green craving and they’ve returned as a regular in my shopping cart. A food sort consumed by all of Hollywood since this super food is good for almost everything. Stuffed with vitamins and minerals, it increases your oxygen intake, helps you loose weight, supports your metabolism and helps you relax in the most natural way possible. And there are many more reasons for you to start trying seaweed.

  • Seaweed can stop your urge to snack. You wouldn’t think it but seaweed is very hydrating and gives you that satisfied feeling even if you only eat a small amount.
  • It regulates your blood pressure.
  • There’s a lot of zinc, magnesium, omegas and antioxidants in there, quite a mouthful but they’re all key pieces for flawless skin.
  • Seaweed also contains iron and vitamin C.
  • Seaweed accelerates you fat combustion.
  • Chlorophyll is the green pigment that gives seaweed it’s color and helps suppress hunger and has anti-inflammatory qualities.

Now that is what I call a super food.
