Easy Peasy ways to peel your fruit
Last year I got a funny little gadget that makes it easier to peel an apple. My fruit bowl is always bulging with apples so this comes in handy. With a twisting movement peels your apple and at the same time slices it into discs. You have the same contraption for pineapples that peels and slices a pineapple in less than a minute leaving you with perfect even pineapple discs.

Once while having lunch with a friend I picked up an amazing way to get an avocado out of it’s skin and cut it. You cut the avocado in half and take out the pit. Then you cut little diagonal lines in both directions leaving little diamond shapes in the fruit. The next step is to take a spoon and spoon out the little blocks, done.
I still find a pomegranate a little tricky. First of all you end up with red hands and the juice always spatters on my clothes. Thank goodness Jamie Oliver taught me an easier way. Right I’m now going to make these global issues even easier for you by showing you these videos. Going to take a look?
