We constantly have new super foods, diet trends and sport techniques thrown at us. It’s enough to drive me crazy sometimes. This week porridge is out and a whole wheat sandwich is in. Oh and oconut oil is the worst possible oil for you. Avocado makes you fat and bikram yoga is terribly unhealthy. Let me tell you, I eat an avocado a day and walk for kilometres on a bowl of oats. Nothing wrong. It differs per person of course, but admit it, you’re reading this and still doubting your lifestyle choices. Don’t. Seriously. You know what’s good for you and what isn’t. Today I reveal the secrets of models, but don’t drive yourself crazy okay.

She works out like crazy in the gym three times per week. Treadmill, weights, everything. As long as she’s sweating. And for this Brazilian beauty, nothing tops Yoga and Pilates. Every morning for an hour. Perfect for body and mind.

Jumping rope. A lot. There are rumours that Doutzen can skip for 35 minutes at a time. I’ve tried, and I’m pretty good at skipping, but I am dead after 10 minutes. My legs, calves, arms, everything hurts. Try it sometime. I’d be pretty impressed if it were true.
