OH MY GOD I’M GOINg TO…

Gee guys, I’m almost afraid to tell you but after returning from New York and landing on Schiphol it’ll be no more than 24 hours before I get on another plane for another journey. This time it’s Canada! Toronto, to be exact. During those 24 hours I exchanged my heels and dresses for flats (yes, really) and pants because New York was all about gallivanting, in Canada it’s playing around outside.

Air Canada has invited me to go to Toronto for a week to see with my own eyes why this place and its surroundings is totally the shit. Canada has always been on my must-see list but for some reason has never materialized into concrete plans to visit. I don’t know why, I guess Canada just isn’t a country you immediately think of as a holiday destination. Of all my wander lustering friends only a handful has been to Canada.

After a very wet New York I’ve had it with showers

Jet’s one of them and she said “ it was the most beautiful trip she ever made”. Exactly what the rest of the handful also said. Canada is impressive, filled with breathtaking nature, dazzling cities and very nice people. So why not go? I have received an extensive program and we are really going to do some cool things that I will of course report back to you.

For no wit was about writing away my enthusiasm cause OMG, I’m going to Canada! I also have quite a lot of free time so people with Toronto-tips, throw ‘em at me, I want to hear them all. My only hope is that the weather will come round because it looks like rain, rain, rain and I can tell you that after a very wet New York I’ve had it with showers. Fingers crossed.
