May’s fit- and food diary

I’ve already gone 3 days without a drink! This is quite a milestone for me. I haven’t even touched a grain of sugar. I’m sleeping really well and have received few compliments on my skin. That fact that you can already see a difference worries me a bit worried. Maybe that glass of wine per day is not as good for you as they say it is. Okay, I usually drink two, but hey.

Something else a little strange is that I haven’t lost any weight. This gives me a little reassurance just in case I fall back into my usual diet of decadence; French cheese , Spanish sausage and Italian wine. Anyway, I feel fit and healthy and you have to give me a bit of credit, I’ve gone to the gym for the second time this week. I guess if it’s not going shift, then there is no harm in keeping a few of those old habits. Right?

Breakfast

Yogurt with granola and apple.

Usually my beloved man makes my breakfast, but today I did it myself and I saw that the low fat yoghurt had sugar in it. Grrr, no wonder the kilo’s are not coming off! Out of pure terror I immediately pour only a small bowl.

Lunch

Two rice crackers with salad.

Snack

An apple.

Evening meal

Grilled vegetables and grilled white fish.

And no wine, yes you heard it, no wine. Only tea for me. Are you proud of me, Jet?
