Apparently girls squads and squad goals has become a thing. And who do we have to blame for it? America’s sweetheart Taylor Swift. After releasing her Bad Blood music video filled with drop dead gorgeous models, chart topping singers and big screen names, girls all over the globe have become infatuated with the idea of having a girl squad. Not necessarily a bad thing per se cause each and every one of these girls are hard working girl bosses with impeccable resume’s we all can’t help but envy. So for all of you who’ve secretly been dreaming of being a part of the Bad Blood babes, hold that thought because team Tay Tay has got some competition. And it’s fierce.
Enter team J.Law. Although technically she has yet to label her group of friends as her own squad. This potty-mouthed blockbuster movie queen and pizza devotee has been spotted hanging out with some of Hollywood’s other golden girls. So we’ve hereby broken down the squads for you to see who you’d rather invite over for your Thanksgiving dinner:
Team Taylor
– Supermodels Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevigne , Gigi Hadid, Martha Hunt and Lily Aldridge.
– Screen queens Mariska Hagarty (Taylor even named one of her cats after her SVU character), Ellen Pompeo, Zendaya and Haylee Steinfeld.
– Vocal heiresses Selena Gomez and Ellie Goulding (who has also been spotted with Tay Tay’s mortal enemy Katy Perry on numerous occasions. Awkward much?)
– Last but not least, funny girl Lena Dunham.
Team jennifer
– The reigning queen of heartbreak with an equally severe potty mouth as Jen herself: Adele.
– Red headed stunner and Woody Allen’s muse Emma Stone.
– The woman who might just outdo Ellen Degeneras when it comes to humor: Amy Shumer.
(Jennifer’s team is all about quality, not quantity guys, don’t let the number fool you.)
So what’s it going to be guys? Are you team Tay Tay or team J.Law.
