We already consider reading Vogue magazine to be a therapeutic past time, but they have once again outdone themselves in the creative department, and guess what? They’re letting you showcase your own inner designer extraordinaire.

Well okay sort of. It’s therapeutic yes, it’s creative too, but most importantly, it gives you a peek into the Vogue archives. With illustrations from back in the fifties featuring ball gowns and cocktail dresses from Chanel, Givenchy and Christian Dior to name a few.

“Now is your chance to be a designer” is what author and illustrator Iain R. Webb wrote in the introduction. Vogue is giving you the opportunity to personalize their long established fashion features with whatever colors and patterns you chose. Plus you’ll get some insight into the fashion trends and style tips from this decade.

Oh, and this book is very 21st century too since as we said before, they’re giving you the opportunity to showcase your work. On Instagram. Just add the hashtag #voguecolouringbook and you can check out all the visionary (and probably dreadful too) illustrations.

This book will be released next month and don’t worry, it doesn’t come with a hefty price tag. Wallet friendly and therapeutic, oh and isn’t Christmas sort of almost around the corner? I’m sure this will be a hit underneath the Christmas tree…
