Okay, so you have absolutely no desire to go to the gym after an insanely chaotic day. You always fall asleep as soon as you take a seat on your couch. You hate the bags under your eyes because of your lack of sleep and you hardly have time for your significant other. You always say you’re going to do it, but do you ever really do it? Medium. Don’t worry, I’ve got a plan. Here are a couple of tips to feel energetic regardless how busy your life is.
1. Let’s start with perhaps the most important one. Quality time with your partner? Do it in the morning. Set your alarm earlier than usual. Good start of the day, right? That way you can doze off in the evening if you feel like it.
2. Okay, you need the right stock. Take an entire Saturday afternoon to get this done. Fill your fridge with products that can last you an entire week. Make sure you’ve got plenty of rice, beans and pasta at home. Be willing to spend more money on better products and good olive oil or coconut oil. Buy plenty of fruit and veggies too. Having all of this at home means you won’t have to do groceries after work. Saves you plenty of time.

3. Always carry a healthy snack in your bag. The feeling of hunger is never good when you don’t have anything around to snack on, and you’ll find yourself getting snacks that are a lot less healthy. Fruit and energy bars are always a good idea.
4. Prioritize. That overflowing mailbox and endless to do list can wait. Really, it can. Take your time in the morning to start up. Pamper yourself. Deck the table for breakfast (even if you only have 5 minutes, as long as it’s not on your way to work). Make yourself a green smoothie with fruit (that way you won’t taste the kale or spinach), add a table spoon of granola with cottage cheese or toast or some bread with honey. Just to name a few.
5. Back to pampering yourself: give your skin some attention too. The new line from Lancôme called the Energie de Vie line is great. Especially for all us young and busy girls who could use the extra bit of energy. The packaging alone will give you a boost. Bright green, healthy, fresh and young. And oh, the scent is divine. Smear it onto your skin and you’ll get an immediate boost. You can use it.
6. Figure out what you want to wear in the morning in the evening. It’s going to save you so much time.
