Fashion dilemma of the week

What do you wear to a festival when the weather is going to be so-so?

This is where music, fashion and party lovers turn into one: the festival muse. Now that festival season has officially been opened, you’ve probably marked down a couple of great ones in your agenda already. Time to bring out the crochet tops, flower wreaths and confusing jewelry. Our phone and computer screens have already been filled with the coolest festival looks (think Coachella). Who better to be inspired by than all the models, actresses and fashionable types hopping from one festival to another?

Unfortunately the weather gods are still not always entirely on our side which means you always need a backup plan. That cute dress you just ordered online just doesn’t look good with tights and when it’s cold out, bare legs just isn’t going to work. Yes guys, first world problems, I know. Okay, enough about the bohemian dress. These outfits are going to help you out and make you look hot even underneath an umbrella.

Jumpsuits are great when the weather is uneasy. Go for a cool fabric like lace. To add some more spice to your look, the culotte pants look great on festival grounds. To give your black ensemble a splash of color, go for colored accessories. Think glasses, a headband or even better: a biker jacket. Oh, and don’t forget those silver lace up shoes either.

This suit from Zara will definitely be a hit at festivals. Not only because print on print is always a hit, but also because flared pants are made for festival turfs. Add some sneakers, for that long day of dancing. Oh and a hat to protect your head and hair from any sudden rain downpours. A bad coupe and rundown mascara won’t do you any justice…
