Fashion dilemma of the week
How do I make sure my outfit isn’t too warm, but still rain proof?
Playsuits and playful summer dresses can be stored in your closets. As great as the first days of May might have been, the rest of the month has been depressing. The temperatures are low and the sun seems to be hibernating again. Anyways, not a lot we can do about the weather, but we can do something about your clothes. The European weather forecast isn’t looking to appealing, but this doesn’t mean we have to pull out all our fall attire. Opt for the cool ‘warm’ spring look from the spring/summer collections from your favorite stores and brands. They’re ideal for this indecisive weather.
Let me quickly get back to the subject of rain, don’t worry, this isn’t going to be a sales pitch for rain coats. You’ll never stay fully dry, but you’ll definitely be rain proof. Incase you end up in a sudden rain downpour, at least you’ll look great when it happens. And stay as dry as possible due to your synthetic clothes – they dry the quickest. Not a fan of synthetic materials? There’s always leather!

Opt for a leather mid length skirt. It’s both warm and impossible to get soaked in. Leather works as a water repellent which makes it rain proof. Combine it with an oversized shirt and add a jacket. Incase it gets a little too warm, you can always take it off. Back to the rain, yet again, wear a cap. It’ll help you avoid a bad hair day in a sudden rain frenzy, and it looks hip too.

Now that you’re leaving your playsuit in your closet, it’s time to go for the jumpsuit. It’ll keep you warm during medium temperatures but it’s nice and airy at the same time. And incase that rain cloud found it’s way back to you again, this umbrella won’t let it rain on your parade.
