FLOWERY INSPIRATION ON INSTAGRAM

These are the accounts you need to follow

If you post a photo onto Instagram consisting of flowers, you know you’ll be getting a whole lot of likes. Hence the reason why we love them so much. Besides all the likes that you’ll get, flowers have way of cheering up everyone’s mood. Our lifestyle editor buys a bouquet for herself every week, as a gift to herself, and it’s a habit I’ve gotten myself into as well which has led to me living in what seems like my own little flower shop. And once they’ve bloomed, I just head on over to Instagram to look at other people’s cheerful decorations. Here are the accounts that are bound to make your flower heart skip a couple of beats.

Jo Flowers

Jo is a florist who lives on a farm in England with a lot of different animals. She has a gigantic garden which is obviously a benefit if you work as a florist because you’ve got an endless amount of inspiration. She also has cool and original ways of working with the flowers because it looks magical and dark, making the flower pop out more.

Pretty City London

Yes, duh, obviously London is incredibly cool. Photographer Siobhaise struts through the entire city looking for the prettiest flower shops, colorful corners and most beautiful bouquets. It’s so inspiring, she’s going to make you want to book a trip to London right away.

Ruby Marly Lennox

Ruby is also a florist, and one hell of a one at that. She’s been mentioned in Vogue Living, Elle Decoration and she’s at practically every event adding some color with her creations. It’s also a work of art taking the best photos of your own art work. She’s nailed it.

“She travels all around the globe for inspiration”

Amy Merrick

Amy is a writer, a stylist, a flower designer (yes, they exist!) and she’s worked for Ralph Lauren, The Today Show, Kinfolk and Design Sponge. That’s one hell of a resume! She travels all around the globe for inspiration, she’s incredibly creative, makes insane combinations and shows us what flowers look like all around the world. Inspiring.

Putnam Flowers

They’ve been completely booked for the year 2016 for a while now. It’s impossible to book them for your wedding if you’re getting hitched this year. Although they do have some spare time every now and then for some creative and cool projects. Want to enjoy their work? Check out their Instagram account.

Alicia Rico + Adam Rico

Oh my god, I want to know what their house looks like! Not only does she love flowers, he does too. They go through life as a very flowery couple and make weddings even more spectacular. Their Instagram is perfect for wedding inspo and they even upload how-to videos.
