Ear dip is the new disco dip

We’ve got two team at our office when it comes to ears. I’m not going to disclose any names, but you’ve go the ones who cover them up and those who like to show them off. The ones who like to show them off are the ones numerous holes, they wear ear cuffs and their hair is always perfectly tucked back. Completely contrary to the other team who like to wear their hair over their ears.

Well, good news for team show off. Everyone who covers up their ears are going to be considered extremely old school from now on because there’s a new trend in the wild world we know as beauty. At first we saw the rainbow colored eyeshadow and polka dotted trend, but we’re moving along a little more to the sides of our faces. Aka the ears.
Both the Louis Vuitton and the Opening Ceremony runways had very natural looking makeup, but the ears had been bedazzled; metallic colors with a touch of disco. Hell yeah, it might have made a couple of people raise their brows, but how cool is this. And honestly, those ear cuffs… They were a little hard to handle.

So. What to do? Tuck that hair of yours behind your ears and don’t only apply makeup onto your cheeks and by your eyes, but decorate those ears too.

And what’s next? Well, it wouldn’t surprise me if all of a sudden we’re all going to be seeing some weird lip lining trend on the insides of our lips. Keep you posted.
