this is going to make you a better morning person
Muttering, cranky, in a rush, can’t find your things, everything is a mess, spent too long taking a shower, lost your keys, crabby, being too late, leaving your house with wet hair… These are all regular occurrences in my mornings. When I don’t get out of bed on time. I hate having to rush and I hate when my mornings start off this way. But there is a way to avoid it. This is how you’re going to become a better “morning person.”
- Don’t grab your iPhone the minute you wake up. This is going to make you stay in bed at least fifteen minutes longer and all those texts and e-mails are only going to stress you out. Relaxxx. You can do that at the office.
- Try to stretch as soon as you get out of bed. It’ll help you wake up and your body will feel less stiff.
- Turn on some music. It’ll put you in a cheerful mood right away. Bieber always does the trick for me. Turn the volume up so that you can still hear it when you’re in the shower. Dance!
- Drink a big glass of water with a bit of lemon. This is going to get your metabolism to start working and it’ll give you an energy kick.
- Make a short to-do list with the three most important things for you to do that day. Keep it clear and achievable.
Now you know what’s in store for you tomorrow morning!
