The dress: Zara. The shoes: ditto. Alright, now that that’s out in the open, can I tell you a cool story about the bag? This purchase of this bag was extremely against the rules of buying an it-bag: 1. it was made out of plastic and 2. it was very clear that it was made out of plastic. But the dandy little thing looked so cute with my outfits and the size was just right that I ended up using it until it was completely falling apart. It wasn’t until my dad said to me, “Kiki, what the hell are you doing with that piece of plastic. You can’t consider that fashion now can you?” that I realized the poor thing really needed to go.

He separated me from my bag and promised to give me a new and improved version. Painful to say the least, but a few weeks later he showed up with an updated version, completely made out of leather. Plus, he added a special personal touch by adding my initials on the bag. “Here you go. This one should last a little longer than the last.” Thanks dad, this special hand made Düren & Co bag is going to become a family heirloom.
