Why working out on your holiday is a good idea

A lot of you are probably thinking: this is BS, I plan on doing absolutely nothing when I’m on my vacation. Possibility of course. But why not put on your sneakers when use your jumprope? You’re making it sound like it’s a punishment to do it in your ‘normal life’. Remember why working out is so good for you? No? Maybe it’s best you read through this again and now I’m going to tell you why it’s fun to do when you’re abroad too.

-Stuff a pair of gym shoes into your bag. In the morning you can go out for a quick jog on the boulevard, music blaring out of your headphones and I can assure you, you’ll enjoy it. If you’re making a city trip, there’s no better way to discover a city than by running through it. And I’m not saying you have to make a lot of kilometers doing so.

“Going from working really hard to relax mode on your beach bed can end up not entirely like you’d hoped.”

– Working out is healthy and it relaxes you. Yesss, laying out on your beach bed with a pile of magazines does too, but after months of hard work, it’s important to keep exercising because it keeps you strong. Going from working really hard to relax mode on your beach bed can end up not entirely like you’d hoped. It might make you even more tired and start feeling somewhat sick. So add some exercise into the mix. Just make sure you mail and phone are no where in sight.

– Honestly? That second round of pasta is going to taste even better when you ran that extra lap in the morning.

– It takes some time to get used to, walking around practically naked at the pool or on the beach, but you’ll feel more confident when you work out. Especially when you’re on a holiday and you plan on doing nothing else. So? Work out.
