AND THE WINNER IS…

Excitement and suspense, the nominations for the prestigious British Fashion Awards have been announced and there is a major absentee. For the past three years, it was Alexa Chung who took home the honor, but now she is nowhere to be found on the nomination list. And that is quite strange. The list also includes names like Cara Delevingne (not very surprising), David Gandy (yum!), Harry Styles (but why?) and Kate Moss (of course). The award goes to the person who “who embodies the independent spirit of fashion in the UK,” and the ultimate winner is determined by the public. There is also room to submit a name yourself, so if you strongly disagree with the absence of Alexa, you know what you need to do. The winner will be announced on December 2.
