This is really a super healthy shake that I love to start this Monday morning with. Make sure to have something else besides this juice, because you can't function on just this drink alone.

What do you need and how do you make it:

  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 pears
  • glass of almond milk (preferably unsweetened)
  • 2 large stalks of celery

Wash all the ingredients well before putting them in the blender and peel the pears. And then just mix it up!

You can also first put the pears and celery through the juicer and then blend the juice with the spinach and almond milk. Then you have a slightly thinner and smoother substance. I find both ways equally delicious!

Tip! Pay close attention to the different brands of almond milk. I usually take the carton with the highest percentage of almonds in it.
