I seem to resemble Jackie a bit. I also enjoy doing yoga and occasionally smoke a cigarette. Sometimes. Jackie O, I believe, smoked three packs a day.

I think this smoothie very tasty after, for example, my yoga session, because I can always use a hearty breakfast. Before I start my training, I always have a banana or an energy bar.

What do you need and how do you make it

  • low-fat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of muesli (preferably without sugar)
  • splash of coconut milk
  • juice of 2 apples (use a juicer for this) or a small glass of organic apple juice from the health food store
  • 4 tablespoons of frozen red fruit

Mix all these ingredients together in the blender. To make it a bit sweeter, you can add a drop of honey or agave syrup.
