I have been following Karena and Katrina from www.toneitup.com These fitness coaches from California have very nice at home workouts and fun healthy recipes. Of course, they look incredibly good and they also casually enjoy a glass of wine. That’s what I like. I find this shake, on their recommendation, perfect for this Monday.

I started this Monday with a good workout session at the gym. This shake is perfect for me to drink before my workout. I usually take a half-full glass and save the rest for after exercising.


What do you need and how do you make it:

  • Handful of spinach
  • Half a cucumber
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Half a banana
  • A good splash, or two, of coconut water

Wash all the ingredients well and peel the cucumber before putting them in the blender. And then just blend!
